We start by measuring what you have today, including the speed actually reaching the building and how the existing equipment is configured. From there we give you a written plan with the equipment list and the reason for each piece. Installation is scheduled to keep disruption low, which in a care setting usually means working hall by hall and keeping clinical systems online.
When the work is done you get a simple map of what was installed and the settings that matter, so you are not dependent on any one person's memory.
Network projects are quoted up front after the site walk-through, with equipment and labor listed separately. Ongoing monitoring and support of the network is included in our flat monthly managed IT agreements.

Why is our Wi-Fi slow even though we pay for fast internet?
The internet circuit is only one part. Old or overloaded access points, poor placement, interference, misconfigured equipment, or a router that cannot handle the circuit's speed can all limit what users actually get. A walk-through usually shows which one it is.
Should residents and guests be on the same network as staff?
No. Residents, guests and medical or building devices should be on networks separated from the staff systems that access PHI. It improves security and makes it easier to manage bandwidth.
Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Often, yes. If existing switches or access points are still supported and adequate, we reuse them. We will tell you plainly which pieces should be replaced and why.
Do you install cabling?
We plan cable runs and coordinate the cabling work as part of the project, then terminate, label and test the network connections we depend on.
