UnityCare Technologies LLC operates the 'UnityCare IT Alerts' SMS messaging program. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages about IT service updates, security advisories, scheduling and maintenance coordination, and account notices. We do not send marketing or promotional content via SMS.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In & Opt-Out Instructions

Opt-In: Provide your mobile number and check the consent box on the SMS opt-in form on this page, or text START to 405-285-3845.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Help: Reply HELP, or contact start@unitycareit.com or 405-285-3845 (call or text).

Restart: After opting out, you may re-subscribe by replying START.

Message Frequency & Fees

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with UnityCare IT.

UnityCare Technologies does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility & Privacy

You must be 18 or older and the authorized mobile account holder (or authorized to enroll the number). Service is limited to U.S. mobile numbers.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This website is not intended for protected health information (PHI). Please do not send patient or resident information through this website, by text message, by email, or in a phone or voicemail message. If you need to share PHI with us, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.

Data Handling and Recordkeeping

• For opt-ins through the form on this page, we store the mobile number you enter, your consent (the checked box), and the date and time you submitted it.
• For opt-ins by text (START to 405-285-3845) or by request, our messaging provider's records show the number, the keyword or request, and the date and time.
• The consent language shown on this page is the version in effect for opt-ins on or after the "Last updated" date above.
• We keep SMS consent records for at least 4 years after your last message or opt-out.
