Can you host a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We review it first to make sure the software is supported and the site can be updated safely, then quote hosting and any cleanup it needs.
Do you handle our domain name?
We can manage DNS and renewals for you, or work with your existing registrar. Either way, the domain stays registered to your organization.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, and we work to restore service from the server or from backup. You can also call or text us any time you notice a problem.
Can patients submit health information through our website?
We generally recommend against collecting PHI through website forms. If there is a real need, we will discuss options that are designed for it, such as a patient portal from your EHR vendor.
